Our client owns a 127 acre hunting ranch with a two story cabin, out buildings, deer blinds & feeders. The cabin overlooks a little stretch of cascading river. Once you take in the view and the peacefulness, you will find plenty to purchase as well. Many items will require a flat bed or semi for loading. A partial list includes a Suburban, four cargo containers, one a 40 footer; 20' x 16' cabin with electric and plumbing; Case tractors and front end loaders, several attachments for same; Kawaski Mule (driveable); four trailers (though all of them have good tires and could be driven off (some need electrical work on lighting). Four rocking chairs, an unused AC unit still in the box. LADIES! There is plenty here for hyou as well. We found an entire container on the property that held the collection of the family matriarch. I should say COLLECTIONS, plural. We opened dozens of boxes and sorted hundreds of items. Names like Limoges, Lalique, Haviland and Waterford. Fine glass and porcelain; collectible plate sets. Unusual milk glass, pottery and oil lamp style table lamps. There is also a unique collection of mid-19th C. glass goblets/footed bowls. Most have the collectors notes of attribution and age.
